Reserving accessible seats

In case you need accessible seating, we recommend reserving seats in advance through our office by calling 013 285 762 weekdays at 9-16. This ensures that our staff can make pre-arrangements to best meet your needs.

If you need a free ticket for your assistant and you are making a reservation online, make sure you reserve a seat for both yourself, and your assistant. When you purchase your reserved tickets at the ticket counter, our staff will change one of the tickets to a free ticket. It is not possible to purchase free tickets online. 
 

In auditorium 1 accessible seats are located on row 1, seaths 8 and 9.

In auditorium 2 accessible seats are located on row 9, seats 6, 7 and 8.

In auditorium 3 accessible seats are located on row 4, seats 1 and 2.

In auditorium 4 accessible seats are located on row 1, seats 1 and 2.

Killa and Olavi in Savonlinna do not have accessible seating.

You can enter Killa with a wheelchair through the front door from the courtyard.

Kuvalipas in Iisalmi has a separate section for accessible seating in the mezzanine.

In Kitee’s Kino-Hovi the accessible seats are on row 11, seats 11,12,13 and 14. 

Accessible seating in Cinema Maxim in Varkaus

In auditorium 1 accessible seats are located on row 1, seats 1, 2, 12 ja 13.
In auditorium 2 accessible seats are located on row 1, seats 1 and 2.
In auditorium 2 accessible seats are located on row 1, seats 9 and 10.

The auditoriums are on the second floor and there is a light lift (max 225 kg) to ensure wheelchair accessibilty.
