Ticket purchase failed, but transaction completed
Webstore purchases can unfortunately sometimes fail. This is due to the webstore not receiving confirmation of payment from the online banking service. This can happen due to a timeout or other such reason.
If you get an error message or you cannot open the transaction confirmation page, check your Profile page whether the transaction has succeeded. You can view your Profile page by clicking your name at the top right corner and selecting Profile. Make sure to also check your email!
If your transaction does not show up on your Profile and you have not gotten a confirmation email, the purchase has unfortunately failed. Try buying the tickets again. We will refund the failed transaction as quickly as possible. Contact us through the Contact –form. Select Webstore as the topic and include the following information in the message:

We cannot cancel tickets through the Contact –section, so please visit the cinema for all ticket cancellations.
